We really hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind we will gladly refund you for any items you return to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Returned items need to be unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and you include the returns slip that came with your order.

Unfortunately at this time as a small independent business I can't cover the cost of the return for unwanted items but please be assured this is something I will look into.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item you receive is faulty, please email me at the above email address and we can take it from there. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens so rest assured I will do my best to ensure you receive a replacement product or if you choose, a full refund including original shipping charges and return shipping charges.

RETURN SHIPPING AND WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND

I would advise you to return anything back to us using tracked shipping as I can't be accountable for items lost in transit.

Once we have received your return the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
