Shipping policy

Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland is currently suspended whilst we navigate the new the new GPSR regulations. We hope to resume shipping to Europe and NI soon.

UK Shipping

UK standard shipping will be charged at a rate of £3.95 and will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  All UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Royal Mail tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

You have the option to select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout at a rate of £4.95. This method typically aims to deliver within 1 working day.

We try to process orders by the next working day (Monday to Friday) although during busier periods this may take slightly longer. We aim to have all orders delivered to you in within 5 working days.

Shipping to the EU

Shipping to the EU will be charged at a rate of £11.95 and will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked. Orders over £100 will qualify for free European shipping. Please be aware that deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual due to new customs procedures. We will provide you with a tracking number though so you can check your parcels progress. 

Orders over 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce Global Express and may incur additional postage costs. We will contact you with shipping options if this is the case.

 

Shipping to North America, Asia and Oceania 

Standard shipping to North America, Asia and Oceania will be charged at £22.95 and sent via Royal Mail international tracked. 
Free shipping will be offered on all orders over £150. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders over 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce Global Express and may incur additional postage costs. We will contact you with shipping options if this is the case.

 

Customs and Duty Charges 

Please note that all orders outside of the UK will be sent with customs declarations but orders may be liable for customs or import duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be added. Unfortunately we cannot advise you on the amount.
